Não Somos AI ("We Are Not AI") is an independent human-led digital studio from Portugal. We build websites, apps, managed automation, brand systems and search foundations for small businesses.
2 What services do you offer?
Managed Braço Direito automation from €150/month + VAT, Complete Online Business from €3,990 + VAT, landing pages from €377 VAT included, functional app prototypes from €990 + VAT, branding, SEO, GEO, AEO, social media and managed hosting.
3 How much does small business automation cost?
Braço Direito starts at €150/month + VAT. Micro has a fixed standard implementation fee of €300 + VAT. For the other plans, implementation starts at the same amount and can reach €3,500 + VAT, depending on channels, workflows, integrations, permissions and testing. Multi-site work, migrations and specialist APIs are quoted to scope. Licences and usage are separate.

Complete Online Business starts at €3,990 + VAT and includes up to 50 pages/URLs across up to 10 layouts, a blog, shop capacity for 100 products, back office, training, SEO, GEO, AEO and a standard first-year domain. 5 Do you work with international clients?
Yes. The English site is aimed at small businesses in Europe and the United Kingdom. We work remotely in English and Portuguese; in-person meetings are agreed case by case.
6 How do I start a project?

7 Do you use artificial intelligence?
We use the best tools available, AI included, like any modern studio. The difference is that judgement, creativity and the final decision are always human. We are not AI: we are people.
8 How long does it take to build a website?
A landing-page timeline is set in the brief. Complete Online Business normally takes 6 to 12 weeks after design approval and delivery of all content. The schedule and dependencies are written into the proposal.
9 What does local SEO include?
Technical site audit, Google Business profile setup and optimisation, local keyword research, schema markup, speed optimisation and monthly position tracking. The goal is to appear in the top positions on Google and Google Maps when someone searches near you.
10 How do I get a website made in Portugal?
Start by defining the result, content and integrations. Não Somos AI builds landing pages from €377 VAT included and complete online operations from €3,990 + VAT, with written scope and the domain in your name.
11 Where can I find an affordable website in Portugal?
The entry option is an Express landing page from €377 VAT included, mobile-first, focused on one goal and with basic local SEO.
12 What is a website agency or web company in Portugal?
A website agency or web studio designs and builds professional websites for businesses. Não Somos AI works from Portugal on websites, apps and branding, with price and schedule agreed in writing and ownership defined in the project scope.
13 Do you build websites in Portuguese and in English?
Yes. Não Somos AI builds websites in Portuguese, English or bilingual — based on your audience and business needs. Our own site runs in Portuguese (naosomosai.pt) and English (naosomosai.com), and any project can include both languages.

1 Is a shared AI account installed in my company?
No. The service runs on our server in the European Union, with each client’s channels, access and data isolated. We connect to your accounts through official integrations and only with the permissions required.
2 Who owns the accounts?
The client owns essential channels and assets. Não Somos AI receives access to configure, supervise and maintain the agreed scope.
3 What does “from €150/month + VAT” mean?
It is the Micro plan: choose WhatsApp Business, Gmail/Outlook or the website form; we configure FAQs, enquiries, bookings, reminders, alerts and a daily summary, for up to two workflows and one location. Standard Micro implementation costs €300 + VAT; licences, messages and usage are charged separately.
4 Is a human available 24/7?
Not in these plans. The system acknowledges, organises and alerts; a person supervises within the agreed scope. Human 24/7 operations require a separate proposal.
5 Does it include filming or photography?
No. Social plans use material supplied by the client. On-location capture, travel and professional production are separate services.
6 Can you connect any till, CRM or booking system?
Only after checking its API, permissions, costs and risk. Simple integrations may fit the setup; complex ones receive their own quote.
7 Do I need to leave my computer switched on?
No. Everything runs on our server in the EU.
8 Will you have my WhatsApp or email password?
No. We use official connections — the Meta API and Google/Microsoft OAuth. You authorise access and can revoke it whenever you want.

2 Can I still request a small website?
Yes. An Express landing page starts at €377 VAT included. We confirm content, timing and integrations before work begins.
3 What is the difference between Master and Complete Online Business?
Master is an advanced institutional website with up to 15 pages. Complete Online Business, from €3,990 + VAT, combines up to 50 pages/URLs across up to 10 layouts, a blog, shop capacity for 100 products, back office, training and digital operations. The client uploads products unless the proposal says otherwise; one language is included and additional languages are quoted separately.
4 Are the domain and email included?
A .pt or .com domain is included for the first year and registered in your name. Professional email is included when the domain provider offers it; any recurring charge is confirmed with you before purchase.
5 Can I edit the site myself later?
Access and editing depend on the technology selected for the project. When a change comes through us, we assess and quote it before work begins.
6 Is the site really mine?
The domain is in your name and you receive the assets defined in the proposal. You can change provider; a future migration may involve technical or new-provider costs, which should be agreed before work starts.
7 Do you guarantee results?
We test the agreed technical scope, mobile experience and SEO fundamentals before delivery. We do not guarantee sales, bookings or rankings — those depend on the market, competition and your operation.
8 Do you work across Portugal?
Yes. The process is fully remote — video call, online brief, digital delivery. We work with businesses in Lisbon, Porto, the Algarve, the islands and the whole country.
9 How long until I am online?

1 How much does an app cost?
A functional prototype starts at €990 + VAT: web app/PWA, one user role, up to five core screens, one primary flow and demonstration data. Production backend, accounts, payments, blockchain, app stores and security are quoted separately.
2 Web or mobile?
It depends on who will use it and how. In a 15-minute call we advise the simplest, cheapest path to validate your idea first.
3 How long does it take?
We start with a first useful release in a few weeks and grow in versions. We set the timeline with you in the proposal.

1 Is branding just a logo?
No. A logo is the starting point — but the brand is everything the customer feels when they encounter you: the visual, the voice, the coherence in every detail. That is what builds real value.
2 I have a logo I already like. Do you need to change everything?
Not necessarily. We preserve what has recognised value and evolve the rest. A full rebrand is only recommended when the foundation is fundamentally wrong — and we say that honestly.
3 Can I use the brand anywhere?
Yes, it is completely yours. We hand over the files in all formats and a guide so you can apply it yourself with confidence, now and in the future.
4 What is the difference between branding and graphic design?
Graphic design executes. Branding defines the what and why before executing. Without branding, design is pretty but empty — it communicates nothing concrete.
5 How much does it cost and how long does it take?
Depends on the scope: visual identity only, or also voice, positioning and applications. Fixed quote after a 15-minute chat. Typically 4 to 8 weeks.
6 Do you work with any type of business?
Yes. We work with businesses from any sector — as long as you want a brand with intention, not a logo made in a hurry.

1 How long until I rank in the top positions?
There is no guaranteed timeline. Movement depends on competition, the starting point, demand and changes in search systems. We set a baseline and report observed progress.
2 Do I need a new website for SEO?
Not always. Sometimes the biggest gain is in the Google profile and reviews, not the site. We do an honest audit and tell you what makes the most difference in your specific case.
3 Does local SEO replace Google Ads?
No — it complements them. SEO builds lasting organic visibility with no cost per click. Ads accelerate results in the short term. Together they are more effective.
4 Do you guarantee ranking results?
We guarantee technically solid, measurable work. Rankings depend on competition and Google's algorithms — so we always show what is working, with real data, not promises.
5 Does it work for any type of business?
It is especially relevant to businesses with a physical presence or services in a defined area. The initial audit confirms whether demand exists and the channel fits.
6 How much does it cost?
SEO, GEO and AEO are quoted to scope after an audit of the website, profile and competition. You receive a fixed scope and price in writing.

1 Do you just do social media posts?
No. Posts without strategy are wasted time. We start with a plan with clear goals and a calendar — only then do we create content in your voice, for your audience, with a real objective.
2 Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Work is monthly and you can cancel with one month's notice under the written terms in the proposal.
3 Do you manage paid advertising?
Yes. We plan, launch and optimise campaigns — focused on spending well and measuring the real return. Never "more budget" without data to justify it.
4 How long until I see results?
We do not promise a universal timeframe. We set the baseline and evaluation horizon after diagnosis; reach, enquiries and conversions depend on the market, offer, supplied material and media budget.
5 What is the minimum investment?
Social media management starts at €490/month + VAT, with implementation tailored to the business. The Presence plan starts at €490/month + VAT and includes everything in Micro. Filming, photo shoots, media spend and travel are not included.
6 Do you work with any type of business?
We assess fit first. Retail, services and tourism usually work well; regulated sectors require their own scope, permissions and validation.

1 Do I really need maintenance?
It is optional, but recommended. Without active management, updates, backups, certificates, dependencies and failures no longer receive regular attention.
2 Can I cancel any time?
Yes. No lock-in — cancel with one month's notice, no questions.
3 What if I need changes?
One change per month up to one hour is included for existing content. Time does not roll over. A new page or feature, or work beyond one hour, is quoted before work starts.
